In this connection all the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to issue specific instructions to all the Head of the institutions under their control that all the correspondence made by them to this office shall be addressed to The Director of Government Examinations only w.e.f 01.10.2020 (except the post examination material submitted by them through speed post to this office on the name of the Officer concerned of the District in this office after completion of the various examinations in the existing procedure).
