Date : 07/05/2020 - School Education Department- COVID - 19 - Regulation of School Fees of all the private Un- aided Recognised Schools ,Which are affiliated to State Board , CBSE, ICSE & other International Boards for the academic year 2020-2021 - Certain Instructions - Issued - Reg.
In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs vide reference 1st Cited , instructions issued by the Health , Medical & Family Welfare Department vide reference 2nd cited and keeping in view of hardship caused by the lock - down due to COVID -19 , and in terms of orders issued by the Government in the reference 4th read above (copy enclosed), all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are here by directed to issue necessary instructions that all the private, Un- aided Recognized Schools in the State, which are affiliated to State Board, CBSE, ICSE& Other International Boards, that not to increase any kind of fees during the Academic year 2020-21 and shall charge only tuition fee on monthly basis till further orders issued by the Government. Any deviation of the above instructions, resulting cancellation of recognition of the respective school; revoking the No Objections Certificate already granted for affiliation to other Boards, besides initiation of appropriate action against the management of the School under relevant rules, as deem fit.
Therefore, all the Regional joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take necessary action and see that the orders issued by the Government in the reference 4th above should be implemented scrupulously with out any deviation in this regard.
