ORDER:-
In the G.O. read above, Government have created a new department i.e., “Department of Gram Volunteers/Ward Volunteers and Village Secretariats /Ward
Secretariats”.
In the exercise of the powers conferred by the clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, read with sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, 2018 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh here by make the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules,2018.
AMENDMENT:
In the said Rules, in First Schedule, under Sector VI (Local Bodies Sector), after the entry (2) Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, the following shall be added, namely:-
“(3). Department of Gram Volunteers/Ward Volunteers and Village Secretariats/Ward Secretariats".
