Withdrawal of Prosecutions pertain to all the cases registered in connection with the agitations demanding for Special Category Status to AP G.O.RT.No. 792 dated.19.09.2019
In modification of the orders issued vide G.O. read above, Government here by decided to withdraw the prosecution against all the accused in 55 cases registered in various police stations in Andhra Pradesh, in connection with the agitations demanding for Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh, specified in the Annexure to this order.
2. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri is requested to instruct the Public Prosecutors/ Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned for Withdrawal of Prosecution in the said cases under intimation to the Government.
