Sub:- SSC Public Exams March 2019 - Video Conference on preparatory arrangements for the conduct of Examinations - Points of Discussion - Communication - order- issued - Reg.

It has been decided to hold a Video Conference on 21.02.2019 from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM with the RJDSEs, DEOs, ACGEs, DyEOs and MEOs in the state to asses the preparedness of the arrangements made for the conduct of SSC Public Examinations March 2019 to be conducted from 18.03.2019 to 02-02-2019
The points of discussion are as follows:
1) School wise N.R is put on Lhc Office Website in pdf format or downloading it and to verify with reference to school records regard ing school wise no. of candidates, medium of instruction, First Language combinations such as O1T, 02T, 03T,04S etc and to propose correction s if any to ensure the availabilty of Question paper at the examination centers.
2) Furnishing of District wise and management wise centers / schools.
3) It has to be verified that Degn-x. college examinations shall not clash with SSC Examinations where degree colleges are constituted as Examination Centers for SSC Examinations.
4) Status on the Disposal of waste paper and remitting the proceeds through challan.
5) Preparedness for verification of internal marks.
6) Uploading of Practical marks of vocational candidates from 26.02.2019 to 04.03.2019.
7) Appointment of the following examination related personnel.
a) Chief Superintendents. Departmental Officers and Invigilators
b) Route Officers and Custodians.
c) Flying Squad Officers and arrangement of vehicle for squads.
d) Custodians for C Category centers
8) Deputation of Officers to Receive Question Paper from DGE as per the schedule communicated.
9) Receiving and Distribution of Main and Additional Answer Books to the Examination centres duly using the left over stationary of the previous examinations if required.
