ORDER:-
In pursuance of the instrudions issued in the references cited, amount to$,iards incurring expenditure under the intervention Swachata Action plan (SAP) under SSA Maintenance Grant for the year 2017-18 will be released shortly @ Rs.100O/- (Rupees one thousand only) to each school. The gutdelines for utilizing of the Swachata Action Plan (SAP) under SSA Maintenance Grant for the year 2017-18 shown below.
Grant utilization Guidelines:
1. Repair of windows and doors
2. Arrange sufficient lighting in the class rooms at least one light to each wall.
3, Repairs to floor.
4. Repairs to hand bores.
5. Painting particularly inside the class rooms.
6. Purchase of library books, stationary items and standard company Globe.
7. Purchase science lab equipment and materials, computer aided learning material.
8. Must take the resolution of the SMC before utilizing the grants. The entire amount should not be drawn at time
9. Maintenance of toilets and payment of electricity bill.
10. Drinking water facilities.
