O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the State
Project Director, SSA, A.P., Amaravathi has requested to release an amount
of Rs.35361.12 Lakhs (GoI Share of Rs.
21216.67 Lakhs + GoAP share of Rs.
14144.45 Lakhs) to APSSA to implement the AWP&B activities during the
financial year 2017-18 duly relaxing the quarterly control restrictions.
2. In the reference 2nd read
above, Budget Release Order has been issued for an amount of Rs.353,61,12,000/-
(Rupees Three Hundred Fifty Three Crores, Sixty One Lakhs, Twelve Thousand
only) from the BE Provision 2017-18 (Rs.21216.97 Lakhs as CSS + Rs.14144.45
Lakhs as MSS) to APSSA to implement the AWP&B activities, during the
financial year 2017-18.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release
Order, Government hereby accord the administrative sanction to the Commissioner
of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi for an amount of Rs.353,61,12,000/-
(Rupees Three Hundred Fifty Three Crores, Sixty One Lakhs, Twelve Thousand
only) from the BE Provision 2017-18 (Rs.21216.97 Lakhs as CSS + Rs.14144.45
Lakhs as MSS) to APSSA to implement the AWP&B activities, during the
financial year 2017-18 under the following head of account:

4. The
