Subject Experts:
1. Desirable to possess a Master degree in the respective subject/ language and an M.Ed degree.
2. M.Phil/ Ph.D is desirable.
3. Should be proficient with using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
4. Minimum 5 years of continuous teaching experience is desirable.
Assessment Expert:
1. Desirable to possess a Master degree in any subject and an M.Ed degree.
2. M.Phil/ Ph.D is desirable.
3. Should be proficient with using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
4. Minimum 5 years of continuous teaching experience is desirable.
DCEB Level:
1.1. Primary level: Desirable to possess a Master degree in any subject and an M.Ed degree.
1.2. High School Level (Language): Desirable to possess a Master degree in a language and an M.Ed degree.
1.3. High School Level (Non-Language): Desirable to possess a Master degree in non-language school subjects and an M.Ed degree.
2.   M.Phil/ Ph.D is desirable.
3.   Should be proficient with using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
4.   Minimum 5 years of continuous teaching experience is desirable.

Assessment Cell Structure
                      The Assessment cell will consist of a 15-member team at the State level. 11 members will be a mix of subject experts and assessment experts picked internally. The remaining members will consist of data researchers, IT analysts and a project management/test administration specialist. Additionally, there will also be a team at the DCEB level of each district. The team structure and composition is below.
