O R D E R:
In
the reference 1st read above, the State Project Director, Sarva
Shiksha Abhiyan, A.P., has informed that the Project Approval Board, MHRD, Govt
of India has approved Annual Work Plan
and budget for an amount of Rs.1980.09 lakhs towards implementation
of activities of Teacher Education under
Samagra Siksha Abhiyan for the F.Y.
2018-19. The MHRD, GoI has sanctioned and released an amount of Rs. 434.34 Lakh
towards GoI share as 1st installment for implementation of
interventions related to Teacher Education components under Samagra Siksha
Abhiyan for the F.Y 2018-19 and this amount has been credited into State Govt
exchequer. State Govt shall release its corresponding share (40%) as per the
funding pattern 60:40. Therefore, the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha
Abhiyan, A.P. has requested the Government to release the funds to the tune of
Rs. 723.90 Lakhs
(GoI Share of Rs. 434.34 Lakhs + State
Matching Share of Rs Rs 289.56) to AP SSA for implementation of interventions
related to Teacher Education components under Samagra Siksha Abhiyan for the
F.Y 2018-19 duly relaxing the quarterly control restrictions.
2. In the reference 2nd read
above, Budget Release Order has been issued for an amount of Rs.7,23,91,000/-
(Rupees Seven crore twenty three lakh ninety one thousand only) as additional
funds Rs.676.72 Lakhs (Rs.406.03 Lakhs CSS 60% + Rs.270.69 Lakhs MSS 40%) as
recurring grant and Rs.47.19 Lakhs (Rs.28.31 Lakhs CSS 60% + Rs.18.88 Lakhs MSS
40%) as non recurring grant, in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly
regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants
at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2018-19 towards implementation of
interventions related to Teacher Education components under Samagra Siksha
Abhiyan for the F.Y 2018-19 adjusted to Canara Bank Account Nos.1391101021129,
1391101021130, 1391101021131, 1391101021132, 1391101021133 & 1391101021134,
IFSC Code CNRB0001391.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release
Order issued by Finance Department, Government
hereby accord the
administrative sanction to
the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi for an
amount of Rs.7,23,91,000/- (Rupees Seven crore twenty three lakh ninety one

4. The
Commissioner of School Education, A.P./ the State Project Director, SSA, A.P.,
shall take necessary action accordingly and submit progress of the utilization
of funds to Government from time to time.
