ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur in the reference read above, Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby constitutes a committee comprising of the following members for scrutiny and finalization of tenders for printing of study material for Classes VI to X and Question Bank to Class X & CPT for all classes in the State:-
1. Director of Municipal Administration - Chairman
2. Mission Director, MEPMA - Member
3. Chief Engineer, APUFIDC - Member
4. Chief Engineer, Public Health - Member
5. Expert from APMDP - Member
6. Special Officer, Foundation Course - Member
2. Government also hereby accord permission to go for Printing and distribution of student work books for Classes VI to X and Question Bank to Class X children & CPT for all classes under Foundation Course in Municipal High Schools in the State duly following the tender procedure and also for its finalization by the above committee, subject to meet the expenditure for the above work from the Foundation Course Funds as was released vide G.O.Ms.No.113, MA&UD (D1) Dept., Dt.27.03.2017.
