Key Provisions for Recruitment and Service Matters
- Separate cadre units: Paragraph 8 states that the district or zone, as applicable, will be the separate unit for appointment, recruitment, discharge, seniority, promotion, transfer and other service matters under paragraph 5(1) of the Presidential Order, 2025.
