APSSO Login for AP Employees 2026 – Mandatory Single Sign-On GO 24
G.O.Rt.No.24 | 29 October 2026 | Department of Real Time Governance
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued G.O.Rt.No.24, dated 29-10-2026, directing all departments and their employees to use AP Single Sign-On (APSSO) for employee-facing portals, dashboards and applications. Departments must integrate these services with APSSO and discontinue separate employee credentials once onboarded.
The common authentication platform, developed through the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS), allows access to multiple government applications using one set of credentials, with permissions based on the employee’s role and jurisdiction.

| Order signatory | Bhaskar Katamneni, Secretary to Government |
What Changes under the APSSO Order?
- Single login: Covered employees must use APSSO to access departmental employee-facing portals, dashboards and applications.
- Integration of existing services: Departments must onboard all such services and discontinue separate employee credentials once onboarded.
- Integration of new services: No new employee-facing portal, dashboard or application may be developed, procured or launched without APSSO integration.
- Required technical changes: Departments must modify their applications as necessary to integrate them with APSSO.
How Employee Access Is Linked
APSSO connects a verified Employee ID with the employee’s current post, assignment and organisation unit. Role-based access control restricts access to the resources relevant to that employee’s role and jurisdiction.
Implementation distinction: The order requires integration; it does not say that every departmental application is already integrated. Separate credentials are to be discontinued once onboarded.
