Allotment, Deputation and Payroll Instructions
- Working strength: The GO includes employees on deputation, leave, training, suspension, etc. Employees on foreign service are counted for the limited purpose of allocation among local cadres.
- Options and Orders of Allotment (OOA): Personnel on deputation or foreign service are to be allotted after obtaining their options under the procedure in the Appendix to G.O.Ms.No.129, dated 17-07-2026.
- Continuation at the present workplace: Their allotment does not transfer them from their present place of working. Existing deputation or foreign-service terms continue.
- Orders of Transfer (OOT): The appointing authority is to issue transfer orders for personnel working against regular posts who are allotted to a different local cadre, except those on deputation or foreign service.
- Payroll changes: The Director of Treasuries and Accounts and the CEO, APCFSS, are instructed to make the required changes in CFMS and Nidhi payroll.
