Calculation notes
- G.O. 66: 22.75% minus 20.02%, January 2022–June 2023.
- G.O. 113: 26.39% minus 22.75%, July 2022–October 2023.
- Each DA amount is rounded to the nearest rupee before taking its difference. Split-month amounts use eligible days divided by calendar days.
- Surrender leave uses the selected basic × DA rate × days ÷ 30, with each DA amount rounded separately.
- GPF/ZPPF: salary DA goes to PF; SL DA is fully cash. CPS: 10% of salary DA is rounded for each pay segment per G.O. and credited to PRAN; the remaining salary DA and the full SL DA are cash. The summary sums the monthly rounded figures. Employer contribution is not included in the arrears total.
- The last installment absorbs the rupee remainder, so all installments add up exactly.
AAS/promotion pay-stage estimates do not replace an employee's actual fixation orders. Edit the pay rows where required.
