ORDER:
All the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein in the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission to renew the services of the DSC 1998 & DSC 2008 Contract Teachers for a period of 11 months with effect from 01.06.2025 to 30.04.2026, with a break of one month, in principle as 'no work no pay' for the academic year, 2025-26 for smooth running of academic class work and administrative works in the Government Schools.
Keeping in view the orders issued by the Government and as per the orders issued in this office, references (2) read above, the services of said teachers who are appointed on Minimum Time Scale have to be terminated w.e.f. 30.04.2026 ΑΝ.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to terminate the Contractual Agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale (i.e., DSC 1998 & DSC 2008) on 30.04.2026 AN. The re-engagement for the year 2026-27 is subject to the issue of further instructions from the Government.
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
