REF: Timetable of SSC Public Examination March 2026.
All the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the SSC Public Examinations, March 2026 are scheduled to be conducted from 16.03.2026 to 02.04.2026 across the State.
Further, the Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examination Answer Scripts will be conducted from 04.04.2026 to 13.04.2026 (both days inclusive) for a period of 10 days continuously in 26 Spot Valuation Camps located at the District Headquarters throughout the State.
The following instructions shall be followed scrupulously by all District Educational Officers. The budget for required infrastructure has already been provided.
Instructions to all the DEOs/Camp Officers
Administrative & Camp Management
- The DEO / Camp Officer shall remain present at the Spot Valuation Camp during the entire camp timings and shall not leave the camp under any circumstances.
- Proper seating arrangements shall be ensured in spacious rooms. Under no circumstances shall staff be accommodated under shamiyanas or in corridors.
- Adequate infrastructure including lighting, fans, uninterrupted electricity, and internet shall be ensured.
- Strict prohibition of mobile phones shall be enforced for all personnel during camp
- The DEO / Camp Officer shall ensure that the valuation work is carried out strictly in accordance with the prescribed norms. Each Chief Examiner (CE) shall supervise six (6) Assistant Examiners (AEs). Each AE shall value 40 answer scripts per day (20 in the forenoon and 20 in the afternoon). Each CE shall be assisted by three (3) Special Assistants for smooth conduct of valuation.
- Assistant Camp Officers shall verify a minimum of two answer scripts per bundle from each Chief Examiner to maintain valuation standards.
- Tight security arrangements shall be ensured with Police personnel from commencement to completion of valuation.
- After completion of valuation, the list of Chief Examiners, Assistant Examiners, and Special Assistants engaged shall be submitted immediately to the O/o DGE.
- The DEO / Camp Officer shall ensure availability of an adequate number of tablet devices at each Spot Valuation Venue, along with a minimum buffer of 10% over and above the assessed requirement. All devices shall be verified to be in proper working condition, labelled and uniquely numbered for easy identification, and provided with dedicated chargers in good working condition. The devices shall be configured with standardized or disabled lock safeguards to ensure uniform access during valuation.
- All tablet devices shall be updated with the latest stable Operating System, and all unnecessary applications shall be removed so that the devices are dedicated exclusively for LEAP App usage. The LEAP application shall be installed, updated, and tested in all devices well in advance to ensure proper functioning before commencement of Spot Valuation. Battery health of all devices shall be verified, and devices with poor performance shall be replaced or retained only as backup.
- A dedicated responsible officer shall be appointed at each venue for management of tablet devices, including maintenance of issue and return registers, monitoring of usage, and ensuring safe custody throughout the valuation period. Periodic physical verification and reconciliation of devices shall be carried out. All devices and accessories shall be securely stored in an access-controlled facility before commencement and after conclusion of valuation each day.
- The DEO / Camp Officer shall ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the Tab-Based Marks Entry System at the Spot Valuation Centre. The Special Assistants shall coordinate with the Chief Examiners and Assistant Examiners for timely and accurate entry of marks. Application-related issues shall be attended by Magnetic Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and a VSK (Vidya Sameeksha Kendra) or designated technical person shall be available at the centre to handle tab functionality and hardware-related issues.
- Reliable internet connectivity shall be provided covering all rooms and devices with minimum bandwidth of 300 Mbps.
- Connectivity shall be ensured for three months or till completion of SSC ASE 2026, whichever is later.
- Adequate routers/access points shall be installed for uniform signal strength.
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) s shall be instructed to keep technical personnel on standby during the valuation period.
- Backup internet (alternate ISP/failover) shall be arranged wherever feasible. Internet shall be extended to CCTV cameras for real-time monitoring through the Control Room at O/o DGE, A.P., Mangalagiri.
- Adequate electrical infrastructure including power sockets, safe wiring, and high-quality spike guards shall be ensured.
- Arrangements for simultaneous charging of all tablets shall be made. All devices shall be fully charged prior to commencement of valuation each day.
- The Part-III OMR Sheets shall be dispatched daily to the O/o Director of Government Examinations immediately after completion of valuation, with a responsible staff member accompanying the Special Messenger for safe transit.
- The Part-I OMR Sheets, along with other centre materials, shall be securely stored in trunk boxes under safe custody.
- The Strong Room keys shall be handed over to the concerned RJDSEs in a sealed cover on or before 04.2026 (A.N.) exempting the English Paper. The Part-I OMR Sheets of these English Paper shall be securely stored separately and handed over to the concerned RJDSE on or before the evening of 05.04.2026, without fail.
Necessary arrangements shall be made considering the prevailing summer conditions, including provision of ANMs with First Aid Kits, availability of cool drinking water and buttermilk, arrangement of air coolers or adequate ventilation, and supply of essential medicines at all Spot Valuation Camps.
All the above arrangements shall be completed on or before 01.04.2026. The DEOs shall review the progress daily on priority basis.
This shall be treated as HIGH PRIORITY.
