APTWREIS 5th Class Admission Notification 2026-2027 Applications are invited online for admission into class 5 for the academic year 2026-27 in (31) General Tribal Gurukula School run by Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Gurukula Vidyalayas Corporation, Tadepally. Talented students will be selected through a written test for both agency and non-agency areas for district wise admissions. Telugu / English medium students who have passed 4th class and passed their previous classes in the academic year 2025-26 are eligible for admission in 5th class. Talented students are selected by conducting a written test in 31 regular tribal gurukulam schools in the district.
ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ గిరిజన సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ, తాడేపల్లి వారిచే నిర్వహించబడుతున్న (31) సాధారణ గిరిజన గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికిగాను 5వ తరగతి ప్రవేశానికి ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుచున్నవి.
జిల్లాల వారీగా విద్యార్థులను చేర్చుకోవడానికి ఏజెన్సీ మరియు నాన్ ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాలలో ఉన్నటువంటి విద్యార్థులకు వ్రాత పరీక్ష ద్వారా ప్రతిభావంతులైన విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేయబడును. 5వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి 4వ తరగతి పాస్ అయిన తెలుగు / ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియం విద్యార్థులు అర్హులు. జిల్లాలో ఉన్నటువంటి 31 సాధారణ గిరిజన గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో వ్రాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహించి ప్రతిభావంతులైన విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేయబడును.
ప్రవేశానికి అర్హత:
- 5వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి ఓ.సి., బి.సి. (O.C., B.C.) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు 01.09.2015 మరియు 31.08.2017 మధ్య జన్మించి ఉండాలి. యన్.సి., యస్.టి. (S.C., S.T.) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు 01.09.2013 మరియు 31.08.2017 మధ్య జన్మించి ఉండాలి.
- సంబంధిత జిల్లాలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో 4వ తరగతి చదివి ఉండాలి. తల్లి, తండ్రుల / సంరక్షకుల ఆదాయం 2025-26 సంవత్సరానికి రూ. 1,00,000/- మించి ఉండరాదు.
- సమాచార పత్రంలో ఇవ్వబడిన అర్హతలు పరిశీలించుకొని సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత దరఖాస్తులు ఆన్లైన్లో సమర్పించడానికి ఆఖరు తేది: 28.02.2026

ADMISSION: APTW Residential Schools (General ST-31 Schools) for the entry point of 5th class institutions list
ADMISSION PROCESS:
- Entrance test (OMR based) and admission of students purely on merit
- Merit lists communicated by Gurukulam Head Office to the District Committee for selection of students as per Gurukulam reservation rules & norms for admissions into APTW Residential Schools (General ST-31 Schools) for entry point of 5th class.
- The Convener Principal shall Prepare Caste wise list of selected students through Entrance test merit basis and circulate the school wise selection lists for admissions process to the Chairman of the Admissions Committee and get approval.
- 5th class is the entry point for the General ST Schools for the academic year 2026-27.
- Online Applications shall be received through https://twreiscet.apcfss.ini or https://aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in
- Entrance test shall be conducted for all the received online applications only & Offline application students are not allowed to Entrance test.
- The selected candidates list shall be displayed on the notice board and informed through call letters/ Phone calls to the selected students for admissions and also intimate to the Head Masters of concerned selected students
- This year Backlog vacancies in 6th to 9th classes entrance test conducted at institutions level at a later date to be announced by Gurukulam

- Mode of Entrance Test for 5th class: The entrance test shall be conducted through OMR Sheet method and objective type question paper.
- 5th class: 50 Marks: 50 Questions (Up to the standard of 4th class syllabus respectively). Exam date: 04-04-2026 & time 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. 2:00 Hours.

COMPUTERIZATION & PUBLICATION OF LISTS:
- The lists of applicants shall be prepared community wise, Gender wise and class wise based on the merit list communicated by the Gurukulam HO.
FINAL SELECTED LISTS.
- The final selected lists shall be prepared class wise, Community wise (ST, SC, BC, 00, PHC, AEQ etc.,) and displayed on the notice board of all Residential Schools 0/o Project Officer / Collector & DTWO.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- The Convener Principal for admission committee shall get the exact vacancy position of each school in the district after first phase of admission and submit the same to Project Officer, ITDA/ Joint Collector of the concerned districts duly informing the Head Office and to take immediate steps for arranging second phase of counseling from merit list until 100% enrollment in all schools are reached.
- All the Project Officers/ Joint Collectors are directed to take immediate action to complete 100% enrollment in all Residential schools for the acaemic year 2026-27 as per Govt., orders.
