In of continuation the Notification vide Rc.No.GE-EXAMOSSC(DD)/1/2025-DGE, Dt: 17.11.2025, it is informed that the following is the revised schedule for remittance of Examination Fee for SSC Regular and Once failed candidates appearing for the SSC Public Examinations to be held in March-2026.
All Heads of Schools are hereby directed to ensure that the data of appearing for SSC Examinations is updated and verified in their respective UDISE Login (https://udiseplus.gov.in).
Post submission of data in UDISE+ portal., the Examination Fee shall be remitted through the School Login available at https://bse.ap.gov.in website.
In addition to the Examination fee., Vocational students should pay the Vocational Fees along with examination fee in the same website i.e. https://bse.ap.gov.in as per the schedule given below.
Age Condonation Fee for underage students should be remitted through the online payment through https://bse.ap.gov.in website only.

- Payment shall be done only through the School Login from www.bse.ap.gov.in website. Payment through CFMS and Bank Challans will not be accepted.
- All the Students of KGBV Schools and PH Students are exempted from Fee payment.
- PH Students Shall submit their Original PH Certificate in the concerned DEO office for verification and shall submit the ACGE attested copy in the concerned DEO office.
- Due dates of remittance of Examination fee will not be extended further under any Circumstances.
- All the HMs are instructed to not to wait till the last date of remittance of Examination fee.
- Examination Fee shall be remitted through https://bse.ap.gov.in website well before the due dates to avoid any heavy traffic on the server.
- Head Masters in the state are not required to submit Manual Nominal Rolls (MNRs) at any level i.e., (DYEO/DEO/BSE-AP).
- The procedure for payment of Examination fee is clearly shown in the instructions/User manual in the SSC Examination Fee application.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Fee for Regular candidates for all Subjects is Rs. 125/-
- Fee more than 3 Subjects is Rs. 125/-
- Fee for up to 3 subjects is Rs.110/-
- Fee for vocational candidates is Rs 60/ - in addition.
- Fee for under aged candidates is Rs 300/-
- Fee for Migration certificate, if required Rs. 80/-
- Online Applications link will be available in bse.ap.gov.in website. The HM has to login with their User Id and Password.

- వొకేషనల్ విద్యార్థులు: అదనంగా రూ. 60
- వయస్సు తక్కువగా ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు: రూ. 300
- మైగ్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కోసం (అవసరమైతే): రూ. 80
- అన్ని చెల్లింపులు ఆన్లైన్లో www.bse.ap.gov.in వెబ్సైట్ ద్వారా మాత్రమే చేయాలి.
- నామినల్ రోల్స్ యొక్క మాన్యువల్ సమర్పణ అవసరం లేదు.
- తేదీలకు ముందే ఫీజును చెల్లించడం ద్వారా, చివరి సమయాల్లో సర్వర్ ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలను నివారించవచ్చు.
- ఫీజు గడువు తేదీలు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ పొడిగించబడవు.
- SSC Fee Payment కు www.bse.ap.gov.in లో Tile Open అగు చున్నది.
- User name: School SSC code.
- Initial PW : SSC code చివర@.
- Change Pass word తప్పని సరి.
- UDISE లో Submit చేసిన Application Print తీసి Student, Parent, HM Sign చేసిన తర్వాత Scan Copy BSE Portal లో Upload చేయాలి.
- ఆ తర్వాత Confirm చేసుకొని Fee Pay చేయాలి.
- UDISE లో Submit చేసిన తర్వాత UDISE లో మాత్రమే ఎన్ని సార్లైనా Edit చేసుకొని Resubmit చేసే అవకాశముంది. కాని SSC portal లో లేదు. UDISE లో Student Data ఎప్పటి కప్పుడు SSC Portal HM Login లోకి Carry Forward /Reflect అగును.
- ఒకటికి రెండు సార్లు Application లోని data ను Verify చెసుకొని Signed Scan Copy Upload చేసుకోవాలి.
- Penalty లేకుండా Fee Last Date 30-11-2025.
- Fee Pay చేసిన తర్వాత ఎడిట్ అవకాశము ఉండదు. కనుక , Full Name With Surname, Parents Full Names with Surnames, Caste, Subcaste, Languages &General Subjects, Date of Birth ఒకటికి రెండుసార్లు , మూడు సార్లు Verify చేసుకొవాలి.
- Fee Payment కు హడావుడి పడవద్దు.
- Enter Correct Data first. Check thoroughly and purify the Data.
- విద్యార్థుల సమాచారం అంతా కరెక్టుగా ఉన్న తరువాత మాత్రమే FEE PAYMENT చేయాలి.
