In the reference 9th read above, Government have sanctioned DR @ 3.64% with effect from 01-01-2024 to Pensioners / Family Pensioners and also ordered to pay the arrears from 01.01.2024 to 30.09.2025 in (12) equal installments in the Financial Year 2027-28.
Government after careful consideration of the entire matter and keeping in view the welfare of the Pensioners, have decided to pay the arrears as detailed below:
- 10% of the arrears in the month of April 2026
- Remaining 90% is to be paid in cash in three equal instalments from August 2026, November 2026 and February 2027.
- Accordingly, Government hereby orders to amend the orders issued in Para 10 of reference 9th read above.
