Ref: Representations received from Union representatives and certain Visually Impaired Teaching/Non-teaching staff.
It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that during the verification of facial attendance, it has been observed that certain visually impaired teachers are not marking their attendance continuously.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject cited above and informed that, after a careful examination of the monthly attendance patterns, it has been noticed that some physically and visually challenged teachers are not marking their attendance in the LEAP App.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters under their jurisdiction to ensure that all visually and physically challenged teachers mark their attendance at the school premises, with the assistance of co-teachers, during both in-time and out-time.
