All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed to conduct of National day celebrations at 855 (Phase- I & II) PM SHRI Schools on 15.08.2025.
Further, it is informed that the National day celebrations on 15th August, holds immense significance as it marks the Nation's freedom from British colonial rule. It's a day to commemorate the sacrifices of freedom fighters, install patriotism, and celebrate the spirit of unity and democracy. The day serves as a reminder of the values of freedom, justice and equality, and encourages citizens to uphold these principles.
In this regard, an amount of Rs.2,13,75,000/- (Rupees two crores thirteen lakhs seventy-five thousand only) (@25,000/- per 855 Phase- I & II) PM SHRI Schools has sanction and released through PFMS accounts. The following are the proposed budget @Rs.25,000/- per school towards conduct of National day celebrations on 15.08.2025 at 855 (Phase – I & II) PM SHRI Schools are shown below:

Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue instructions to Principals/HMs of 855 (Phase–I & II) PM SHRI Schools in their jurisdiction to conduct National day celebrations on 15.08.2025 and also upload the estimation and expenditure in the app developed by TCS team and it will be approved by MEO through online for utilization of the budget for above activity for PM SHRI.
