Not to involve Principals/HMs/Teachers in any activity not related to School Education Department, School Education - Principals / HMs / Teachers of few Government Junior Colleges / KGBVs / Model Schools / APREIS Institutions/ ZPHS / MPUPS /MPPS / Municipal Schools are being involved in certain activities not related to School Education Department Instructions issued - Reg Circular Memo No.01/SE-Peshi/2025 Dated: 28.07.2025
It has been brought to the notice of Government that Principals/HMs/Teachers of few Government Junior Colleges/KGBVs/Model Schools/APREIS Institutions/ZPHSS/MPUPS/MPPS/Municipal Schools are being involved in activities not directly related to School Education Department. It is also observed that certain District Collectors/Departments are instructing the Principals/HMs/Teachers of Government Junior Colleges/ KGBVS/ Model Schools/ APREIS Institutions/ZPHSS/ MPUPS/ MPPS/ Municipal Schools to upload data related to their departments without notice of the School Education Department thereby causing hindrance to the regular academic activities in such institutions.
In this regard, All the District Collectors in the state are hereby strictly instructed not to involve Principals/HMs/Teachers of Government Junior Colleges/ KGBVs/ Model Schools/ APREIS Institutions/ ZPHSS/ MPUPS/MPPS/ Municipal Schools in any activity not related to School Education Department without notice of the HoD Concerned under the administrative control of the School Education Department.
The Commissioner of School Education, the Commissioner of Intermediate Education and the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha are requested to take necessary action in the matter.
