The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that the MoE, GoI has approved 80 schools (list enclosed) in the state of Andhra Pradesh and issued instructions to create an Implementing Agencies (IAs) account for schools selected in 7th phase and map all with the existing Single Nodal Agency (SNA) account of PM SHRI schools for funding of the PM SHRI Scheme. The Government of India has issued instructions to open separate Zero Balanced Accounts in Union Bank of India in the name of PM SHRI for 7th phase PMSHRI schools (List Enclosed). The Central and State code is to be added while opening the PM SHRI accounts as follows.

Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are requested issue necessary instructions to the concerned PM SHRI school Head Masters to open separate Zero Balance (Joint) accounts in Union Bank of India as per the above syntax and there shall be a separate account for PM SHRI. Already existing accounts of SMCs like Samagra PFMS account or MBNN account are not to be mapped as PM SHRI account, care should be taken in this regard.
It is further instructed to complete the opening of PM SHRI accounts in the selected 80 schools by 10-6-2025 and furnish the details to this office on or before 12-6-2025.
Further, it is informed that all the APCs in the state to prepare the Annual Work Plan & Budget (AWP&B) proposals for the 7th phase selected PMSHRI schools for Project Approval Board (PAB) 2025-26 meetings as per the norms of the PM SHRI scheme.
Top priority should be given to this item of work.
