Hence.. you have to count the years from joining date only
3	ఒక పాఠశాలలో ఒక పోస్ట్ సర్చ్లస్ అయ్యింది. అక్కడ junior PHC కాండిడేట్ అయితే, అతనిని సరస్ లో ఉండాలా? వద్దా	Junior PHC shall be exempted and next senior will be shown as surplus..
4	ఒక school లో ఒక teacher surplus కావాలి. అక్కడ ఉన్న ໖ teachers senior teacher 8 years complete అయ్యి 2 సంవత్సరాలలోపు రిటైర్మెంట్ ఉన్నది. ఇంకొక teacher junior అతను కూడా 2 సంవత్సరాలలోపు రిటైర్మెంట్. ఇద్దరు ఒకే నెలలో రిటైర్మెంట్ అవుతున్నారు. Surplus ఎవరిని చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది	This type of cases are very rare but Junior will be treated as surplus
5	ఇద్దరు teachers ఒకేసారి SA గా promote అయ్యారు. Joining కూడా ఒకే తేది. ఇందులో SC teacher roster లో ముందు ఉండడం వల్ల ముందుగా promote కోరుకోవడం జరిగినది. అతను SGT గా 2001 appointment అయ్యాడు ఇంకొక teacher OC Teacher. అతనికి SC teacher తర్వాత promotion కోరుకోవడం జరిగినది. అతను 1998 లో SGT గా appointment అయ్యాడు. ఇందులో ఎవరిని surplus గా గుర్తించాలి	we are taking the seniority in the particular cadre.. ( SGT cadre, SA cadre (subject wise). Hence, we don’t consider the SGT seniority here.. whoever in the seniority list while taking the promotion .. and both are joined same day/ date in the school SC candidate is senior due to he is senior in the seniority list
6	Study Leave పైన వెళ్ళిన వారి పోస్టులను ఇంకా ఎన్ని రోజులుleave duration ఉంటే vacant చూపాలి సర్	With regard to study leave teachers who were went on study leave and those who will complete their course after June 1st .. all these will be shown as vacancies..
7	Candidates who have been deputed to undergo higher studies(such as M.Ed., B.Ed) as per G.O.342, Dt.16- 08-1977, do we need to show these posts as vacancy. Pl. Clarify	Yes show it as vacancy

9	Some teachers have joined on 23/04/2018 in new school ( transfers 2017 August , but no substitute) These teachers posts should be shown vacant or not?	in this case he/ She has not completed 8 years.. Hence ,, don’t show it as vacancy
10	Ch. Penchalaiah - PHC ortho -70% B. V. Ramaiah will be retired on 31/07/2025 One surplus post sir. Who will be treated as retained & Surplus Please suggest	Take option form them
11	ఒక టీచర్ 31-05-2025 నాటికీ 8 yrs complete అవుతుంది. కాబట్టి వేకెన్నీ చూపించాలి. కాని అదే టీచర్ DOB 01-06-1965. కాబట్టి తను 2yrs below ట్రాన్స్చర్స్ లోకి వస్తున్నాడు. ఇప్పుడు ఆ వేకెన్సీ పెట్టాలా? వద్దా? ఆ టీచర్ కు ఎక్సంప్షన్ ఇవ్వాలా? వద్దా?	teacher going to retire on 31.5.2027.. hence, his post don’t show as compulsory transfer..
12	ఒక టీచర్ blind టీచర్, 8 yrs complete అయ్యింది. కాని 12 అక్కడ ఒక్క పోస్ట్ మాత్రమే. వేకెన్సీ చూపాలని? లేక అతనికి ఎక్సంప్షన్ ఇచ్చి కంటిన్యూ చేయాలా?	don’t disturb the blind teacher due to court case. To follow the same rule just like blind for HI and ORTHO
13	Telugu and Hindi   pandits joined some districts on September 23./2017 Will they come under compulsory transfer? Or not?	No.. they don’t come under compulsory transfer
14	Cut Off Dates for Vacancies	a.   Clear vacancies including retirement vacancies as on 31st May of that year b.   HM- up to 31st Aug 2020 c.   Teachers- up to 31st Aug 2017
