ORDER:-
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the references read above, wherein in the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission to renew the services of the DSC 2008 Contract teachers for a period of 11 months with effect from 01.06.2023 to 30.04.2024, with a break of one month, in principle as 'no work no pay' for the academic year, 2023-2024 for smooth running of academic class work and administrative works in the Government Schools.
2. Further, in the reference 3rd read above, orders were issued permitting the CSE, to renew the services of the DSC-1998 Contract Teachers also, for a period of 11 months with effect from 01.06.2023 to 30.04.2024, with a break of one month, in principle as 'no work-no pay', for the Academic Year, 2023-2024 for smooth running of academic class work and administrative works in the Government Schools, as was done in respect of DSC-2008 Contract Teachers.
3. Keeping in view of the orders issued by Govt in Memo.in the reference 1st and 3rd cited and as per the orders of the office in the references 2nd and 4th cited the services of said teachers who appointed on Minimum Time Scale have to be terminated w.e.f AN of 30.04.2024.
4. Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to terminate the Contractual agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale (i.e DSC 1998 & DSC 2008) on the AN of 30.04.2024. The re-engagement for the year 2024-25 is subject to issue of further instruction from this office.
