In the circumstances reported by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha in the reference 3rd cited, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha to enhance the salary/honorarium of all those categories of employees of Samagra Shiksha whose salaries were not enhanced post 2019, by 23% of their current salary with effect from 1st January, 2024.
The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha is requested to take necessary action accordingly, in the matter.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators & the Additional Project Coordinator’s of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that the Government in the memo cited have issued orders for enhancement of salary/honorarium of all categories of employees of Samagra Shiksha, whose salaries were not enhanced post 2019, by 23% of their present salary/honorarium.
In accordance with the referenced Government Memo, it has been decided to increase the honorarium for seven categories of employees, whose salaries have remained stagnant since 2019, by 23% of their current honorarium by 23%, effective from 1st January 2024. The details of present honorarium and honorarium after 23% enhancement for those seven categories are as follows:
