గుర్తుంచుకొనవలసిన ముఖ్యాంశములు:
- మండల స్థాయిలో ఉన్న అన్ని పాఠశాలలు మరియు జూనియర్ కాలేజీలు (ప్రభుత్వ ప్రవేటు) UDISE + 2023-24 లో ఉన్నవో లేదో చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా మండల స్థాయిలో పరిశీలించుకొనవలెను.
- ఒక వేళ ఏవైనా పాఠశాలలు మరియు జూనియర్ కాలేజీలు UDISE+ లో లేకుండా/Closed Temporarily లో ఉన్నట్లయితే వెంటనే వాటిని REOPEN చేయడానికి FORMAT A01 ను జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయమునకు సమర్పించవలెను.
- ఏవైనా పాఠశాలలు / కాలేజీలు ఇప్పటికే CLOSE చేసి ఉండి, UDISE + లో మాత్రము OPERATION లో ఉన్నట్లయితే వాటిని CLOSE చేయించుటకు FORMAT A01 ను జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయమునకు సమర్పించవలెను.
- PGI & KPI INDICATORS సుమారు 83 ఉన్నవి. వీటిని అప్డేట్ చేసే సమయములో చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా UPDATE చేయవలెను.
- Furniture, Boundary wall, Electricity, Drinking water, Functional Toilet, Library, Ramp for CWSN, No Single Computer, Wash point, Without Internet మొదలగు అంశాలను చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా పరిశీలించి అప్డేట్ చేయవలెను.
- ప్రస్తుతం ది.21.12.2023వ తేదీ లోపుగా SCHOOL PROFILE మరియు TEACHER PROFILE లను UPDATE చేసిన తరువాత ది. 24.12.2023వ తేదీ వరకూ మండల స్థాయిలోనూ/ జిల్లా స్థాయిలోనూ రిపోర్టుల వెరిఫికేషన్ ఉంటుంది.
- ది. 26.12.2023 మరియు ది. 27.12.2023 వ తేదీలలో MANDAL POINT SIGNED COPIES UDISE + WEBSITE నందు UPLOAD చేయవలసియుండును.
- STUDENT PROFILE నకు సంబంధించిన పూర్తి వివరములు ఏవిధంగా అప్డేట్ చేయవలెను అనే విషయమును తమకు త్వరలోనే తెలియచేయుట జరుగును. అప్పుడు మాత్రమే STUDENT PROFILE UPDATION ప్రారంభించవలెను.
- UDISE+WBESITE నందు DATA ENTRY చేసే సమయములో చాలా జాగ్రత్త వహించి, సరైన వివరములు నింపవలసినదిగాను, గత సంవత్సరపు డేటాలో మార్పులు చేసే ముందు ఒకటికి రెండు సార్లు చెక్ చేసుకొనవలసినదిగా తెలియచేయడమైనది.
