In the references cited, MD APEWIDC informed that the firms mentioned in the references which have concluded agreements with APEWIDC to supply the items noted against each firm have completed the supplies and part payment was also made to them. The above frms are eligible for release of 7.5% as supplies are completed and the mandatory quality checks are completed.

Hence, All the Additional Project Coordinators and District Educational Officers in the State are directed to process the 7.5% payment to the Companies immediately. M/s. TCS has already enabled the payment process in STMS and the data is available in the FAO Login. These should be processed and sent to CMFS on or before 20^th May and remit the 2 % TDS deductions to the IT Department immediately and report compliance.
