All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational officers in the state are informed that the Department of School Education is proposed to process the permission, recognition/ Withdrawn the permission of Private Unaided School through Online Mode in Single Window System as per the Rules provisioned in G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (P.S.2), Dt:01-01-1994 and its amendments.
In this connection, it is informed that the following URL is provided for Registering the Society / Agency of the Private Unaided Schools to Login to Private school opening and Recognition application through online. Further, for processing the proposals of Private Unaided Schools through online, user manual has been prepared and attached to this memo for reference and to process the files. https://cse.ap.gov.in/PSIS
Further, they are instructed to follow the online payment gateway for application fee payment regarding opening / recognition of the Private Unaided Schools as per the rules provisioned in G.O.Ms.No.1 Education (PS.II), Dated:01.01.1994 and it's amendments.
In view of the above, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational officers in the state are instructed to follow the guidelines scrupulously as per user manual and process the proposals regarding Opening / recognition of the Private Unaided schools from the academic year 2023-2024 as per G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (PS.II), Dated:01.01.1994 through online and hereafter the manual proposals are not entertained
