కేంద్ర సాయుధ బలగాలతోపాటు దిల్లీ పోలీస్ విభాగంలో సబ్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ (ఎస్ఐ) పోస్టుల భర్తీకి స్టాఫ్ సెలక్షన్ కమిషన్ ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. పాతికేళ్లలోపు వయసున్న గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు వీటికి పోటీ పడొచ్చు. రాతపరీక్ష, పీఈటీ, పర్సనాలిటీ టెస్టు, మెడికల్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్ ద్వారా నియామకాలుంటాయి. విజయవంతంగా శిక్షణ ముగించుకుని, విధుల్లో చేరినవారు మొదటి నెల నుంచే సుమారు రూ.60 వేల వేతనం పొందవచ్చు.
జాతీయ స్థాయిలో సెంట్రల్ ఆర్మ్ పోలీస్ ఫోర్సెస్ (సీఏపీఎఫ్)లతోపాటు దిల్లీ పోలీస్ విభాగంలో సబ్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ల ఖాళీల కోసం ఎన్ఎన్ఎ్స దాదాపు ఏటా రెండేళ్లకు ఒకసారి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఈ విధానంలో ఎంపికైనవారు బోర్డర్ సెక్యూరిటీ ఫోర్స్ (బీఎస్ఎఫ్), సెంట్రల్ రిజర్వ్ పోలీస్ ఫోర్స్ (సీఆర్ఎఫ్), ఇండో టిబెటన్ బోర్డర్ పోలీస్ ఫోర్స్ (ఐటీబీపీఎస్), సస్త్ర సీమబల్ (ఎస్ఎస్పీ), సెంట్రల్ ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఎక్యూరిటీ ఫోర్స్ (సీఐఎస్ఎఫ్)ల్లో ఎందులోనైనా దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఏ ప్రాంతంలోనైనా విధులు నిర్వర్తించాలి. సొంత రాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగం చేసుకునే అవకాశం తక్కువ, దిల్లీ పోలీస్ పోస్టులకు ఎంపికైనవారు ఢిల్లీలోనే సేవలు అందించాలి. వీటిని మినహాయిస్తే ఆకర్షణీయ వేతనం, తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో పదోన్నతులు అందుకోవచ్చు.
- అర్హత: ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణత
- వయసు: జనవరి 1, 2022 నాటికి 25 ఏళ్లలోపు ఉండాలి. అంటే జనవరి 2, 1997 జనవరి 1, 2002 మధ్య జన్మించినవారు అర్హులు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు ఐదేళ్లు; ఓబీసీలకు మూడేళ్లు గరిష్ట వయసులో మినహాయింపు లభిస్తుంది.
- శారీరక ప్రమాణాలు: పురుషులు 170, మహిళలు 157 సెం.మీ. ఎత్తు ఉండాలి. ఎస్టీ.. పురుషులు 162.5, మహిళలు 151 సెం.మీ. ఉంటే సరిపోతుంది. ఊపిరి పీల్చిన తర్వాత కనీసం 85 సెం.మీ, పీల్చక ముందు 80 సెం.మీ. ఛాతీ విస్తీర్ణం పురుషులకు ఉండాలి (ఊపిరి పీల్చక ముందు, పీల్చిన తర్వాత కనీస వ్యత్యాసం 5 సెం.మీ. తప్పనిసరి)
- ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులు: ఆగస్టు 30 రాత్రి 11 గంటల వరకు స్వీకరిస్తారు.
- పరీక్ష ఫీజు: రూ. 100/-, మహిళలు, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలు చెల్లించనవసరం లేదు.
- కంప్యూటర్ బేస్డ్ పరీక్షలు: నవంబరులో నిర్వహిస్తారు.
- ఖాళీల వివరాలు: మొత్తం 4300. వీటిలో సీఏపీఎఫ్ ల్లో 3960 ఉన్నాయి. విభాగాల వారీ.. సీఆర్పీఎఫ్ 3112, బీఎస్ఎఫ్ 353, ఐటీబీపీ 191, సీఐఎస్ఎఫ్ 86, ఎస్ఎస్బీ 218 పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తారు. దిల్లీ పోలీస్... పురుషులకు 228, మహిళలకు 112 కేటాయించారు.
- తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో పరీక్ష కేంద్రాలు: ఏపీ: గుంటూరు, కర్నూలు, రాజమండ్రి, తిరుపతి, విశాఖపట్నం, విజయవాడ, కాకినాడ, చీరాల, విజయనగరం తెలంగాణ: హైదరాబాద్, వరంగల్, కరీంనగర్.
పరీక్ష విధానం:
ప్రతి ప్రశ్నకు ఒక మార్కు చొప్పున 200 మార్కులకు ప్రశ్నపత్రం ఉంటుంది. జనరల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ అండ్ రిజరింగ్, జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్ అండ్ జనరల్ అవేర్వేష్, క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, ఇంగ్లిష్ కాంప్రహెన్షన్ ఒక్కో విభాగం నుంచి 50 చొప్పున ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి 2 గంటలు. సెక్షన్ల వారీ కటాఫ్ ఉంది. పేపర్-1లో అర్హత సాధించినవారికి పీఈటీ నిర్వహిస్తారు. అందులోనూ అర్హత సాధిస్తే పేపర్-2 రాయడానికి అవకాశమిస్తారు. ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ అండ్ కాంప్రహెన్షన్ నుంచి 200 మార్కులకు పేపర్-2 ఉంటుంది. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి 2 గంటలు. ఇందులోనూ ప్రతి ప్రశ్నకు ఒక మార్కు చొప్పున 200 ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. రెండు పేపర్లలోనూ రుజాత్మక మార్కులున్నాయి. ప్రతి తప్పు సమాధానానికి పావు మార్కు చొప్పున తగ్గిస్తారు. పరీక్షలో అర్హత సాధించడానికి రెండు పేపర్లలోనూ విడిగా జనరల్ అభ్యర్థులకు 20 శాతం, ఓబీసీ, ఈబీసీలకు 25 శాతం, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలైతే 20 శాతం మార్కులు తప్పనిసరి.. ఇలా అర్హత సాధించిన అభ్యర్థుల జాబితా నుంచి విభాగాల వారీ మెరిట్ ప్రాతిపదికన వైద్య పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి అనంతరం పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తారు. ఎన్ సీసీ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఉన్నవారికి స్థాయిని బట్టి 4 నుంచి 10 వరకు అదనపు మార్కులు లభిస్తాయి.
పిఈటి శరీర సామర్ధ్య పరీక్షలు:
పురుషులు వంద మీటర్ల దూరాన్ని 16, మహిళలు 18 సెకన్లలో చేరుకోవాలి. 1.6 కి.మీ. పరుగును పురుషులు 6.5 నిమిషాల్లో 800 మీటర్లను మహిళలు 4 నిమిషాల్లో పూర్తిచేయాలి. పురుషులు 3 ప్రయత్నాల్లో ఒక్కసారైనా 3.65 మీటర్ల దూరానికి జంప్ చేయాలి. అదే మహిళలైతే 3 ప్రయత్నాల్లో కనీసం ఒకసారి 2.7 మీటర్ల దూరం అధిగమించాలి. హైజంప్ లో పురుషులు 1.2 మీటర్ల ఎత్తుకు 3 ప్రయత్నాల్లో ఏదో ఒకసారి ఎగరగలగాలి.
మహిళలైతే 0.9 మీటర్ల ఎత్తును చేరుకోవాలి. షాట్పుట్ పురుషులకు మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. 3 ప్రయత్నాల్లో 16 ఎల్బీఎన్ (సుమారు 7.257 కి.గ్రా.) దిమ్మను 4.5 మీ. దూరానికి విసరాలి. పీఈటీకి మార్కులు లేవు. అయితే నిర్దేశిత లక్ష్యాలను పూర్తిచేస్తేనే అర్హులుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. పీఈటీలో నెగ్గినవారికే పేపర్-2 రాయడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

- Questions in both papers will be of Objective Multiple Choice Questions will be set in Hindi and English in Parts-I, II and III of Paper-I. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I & Paper-II. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
- Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examination will be normalized by using the formula published by the Commission through Notice No.1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019 and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut off
- Tentative Answer Keys will be placed on the website of the Commission after the Examination. Candidates may go through the Answer Keys and submit representations, if any, within the time limit given by the Commission through online modality only, on payment of Rs.100/- per question which is non refundable. Any representation regarding Answer Keys received within the time limit fixed by the Commission at the time of uploading of the Answer Keys will be scrutinized before finalizing the Answer Keys and the decision of the Commission in this regard will be final. No representation regarding Answer Keys shall be entertained

Physical Endurance Test (PET) (For all posts):
For male candidates:- 100 metre race in 16 seconds
- 6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 65 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump : 2 metre in 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 5 metre in 3 chances
For female candidates:
- 100 metre race in 18 seconds
- 800 metre race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 7 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump: 9 metre in 3 chances.
- There shall be no minimum requirement of chest measurement for female
- Relaxation in height and chest (as the case may be) as mentioned above will be permissible only on production of certificate in the Performa as prescribed in Annexure-VIII from the competent authorities of the District where they ordinarily reside(s).
- The relaxation in physical standards (height/chest) once granted at the time of initial appointment in Delhi Police will hold good till the individual concerned remains in Delhi Police.
- Those candidates who are declared not qualified in Physical Standards, e., height and chest may prefer an appeal, if they so desire, to the appellate authority present on the PET/ PST ground. The decision of the appellate authority will be final and no further appeal or representation in this regard will be entertained.
- PST/ PET will not carry any marks but will be of qualifying/ elimination
- Ex-Servicemen applying for the posts are not required to undergo However, all Ex-Servicemen are required to pass the written tests and fulfill the physical standards prescribed herein. They should also pass the medical standards prescribed for direct recruits.
Medical standard (For all posts):
Medical Examination: All the candidates who qualify in Paper-II will be medically examined by the Medical Officer of the CAPFs or any other Medical Officer or Assistant Surgeon belonging to Grade-I of any Central/ State Hospital or Dispensary. Candidates, who are found to be unfit, will be informed of the position and they can make an appeal before Review Medical Board within the prescribed time limit of 15 days. Decision of Re-Medical Board/Review Medical Board will be final and no appeal/representation against the decision of the Re-Medical Board/Review Medical Board will be entertained.Eye sight:
- The minimum near vision should be N6 (better eye) and N9 (worse eye). The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 (better eye) and 6/9 (worse eye) of both eyes without any correction like wearing glasses or surgery of any kind to improve visual In right handed person, the right eye is better eye and vice versa.
- The candidate must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour

How to apply SSC SI Delhi Police, CAPF Recruitment 2022:
- Applications are required to be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters, e., https://ssc.nic.in. For detailed instructions, please refer to Annexure-I and Annexure-II of this Notice. Sample Proforma of One-time Registration and online Application Forms are attached as Annexure-IA and Annexure-IIA.
- In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The photograph should not be more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of Examination. Image dimension of the photograph should be about 5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The photograph should be without cap and spectacles.
- If the proper photograph is not uploaded by a candidate, his/her candidature will be Specimen of photographs which are acceptable/not acceptable is given at Annexure-XI.
- Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB). Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height). Applications with illegible/blurred signature will be rejected.

- Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the SSC website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing

SSC SI Delhi Police, CAPF Recruitment 2022 Application Fee:
- Fee payable: 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying
- Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI
- Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 31.08.2022 (2300 hours). However, candidates who wish to make cash payment through challan of SBI, may make the payment at designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 08.2022 provided the challan has been generated by them before 30.08.2022 (2300 hours).

- Candidates who are not exempted from fee payment must ensure that their fee has been deposited with SSC. If the fee is not received by SSC, status of Application Form is shown as ‘Incomplete’ and this information is printed on the top of the printout of online Application Form. Further, status of fee payment can be verified at the “Payment Status” link provided in the candidate’s login screen. Such applications which remain incomplete due to non-receipt of fee will be SUMMARILY REJECTED and no request for consideration of such applications and fee payment after the period specified in the Notice of Examination shall be
