It is hereby informed that the list of candidates provisionally selected for various category of posts falling under Group-I services recruitment vide Notification No.27/2018 has been declared. The list is available on the Commission’s website i.e., www.psc.ap.gov.in and as well as in the Notice Board of the Commission’s Office.
ANDHRA PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION :: VIJAYAWADA NOTIFICATION NO.27/2018, DATED : 31.12.2018
GROUP-I SERVICES GENERAL RECRUITMENT SELECTION NOTIFICATION:
1. It is hereby notified that the Recruitment process (Preliminary, Main (Written) and oral Interview) for selecting candidates, to 167 posts in Group-I Services, in the State of Andhra Pradesh, pursuant to the Notification bearing No. 27/2018 dated 31.12.2018 is completed excepting for two (02) posts reserved for Sports Quota. The candidates whose register numbers are given below have been provisionally selected for appointments to the posts mentioned below vide Commission Notification No. 27/2018 dated 31.12.2018.
2. These selections are subject to the order dated 13.06.2022 in SLA (Civil) No. 10962 of 2021 under which “the last three selected candidates (*) shall be made known that their appointment/s would remain subject to the outcome” of the said SLP.
3. These selections are subject to the outcome of W.P.No’s 15750,15701, 15758,15745,15844,15765,15753,15806,15757 and 3079 of 2022 on the file of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravathi.
4. The selectees are informed that their selection would be subject to the outcome of the above referred Writ Petitions.
5. The selected candidates, as per the direction of the Hon’ble High court of Andhra Pradesh shall submit an undertaking to Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission that they will not claim any equities and that they will get themselves impleaded in the said Writ Petitions if they intended to contest. The undertaking (hosted on the Commission’s Website), neatly typed on green paper with signature of the candidate shall reach the Commission’s Office on or before 12.07.2022 through Registered Post or in person without fail.
6. That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his / her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service,
7. That the candidates are found physically fit for the post;
8. That the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be required to the appointing authority in accordance with the Rules.
9. If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order, due to any act of omission or commission of any candidate, then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he/she will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection. Besides, the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in Notification No.27/2018, dated: 31.12.2018.
10 The selection of BC-E candidates is subject to the outcome of Civil Appeal No.(a) 2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP.No.7388-97 of 2010 dated: 25.03.2010 and orders from the Government and other cases pending if any.
