CSIR UGC NET June 2021 - Apply Online for UGC National Eligibility Test
National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2021 to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges in CBT mode, as per details given below.

Application Fee:
- For General/ General-EWS: Rs. 1000/-
- For OBC-Non Creamy Layer: Rs. 500/-
- For SC/ST/ Third Gender: Rs. 250/-
- For PWD: Nil
- Fee can be paid through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking/ UPI/ Wallet

Shift I - 09:00 am to 12:00 noon
Shift II - 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm (IST)
Mode of exam: CBT (Computer Based Test)
Pattern of exam: Objective Type comprising Multiple Choice Questions

Medium of Paper: Bilingual (Hindi and English version)
CSIR-UGC NET Upper Age Limit (as on 01-07-2020):
- For JRF: Maximum 28 years
- For LS/ Assistant Professorship: No upper age limit
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Candidates should have possess M.Sc. or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B. Tech/B. Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR)/ General-EWS and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.
Candidates who desire to appear in Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2021 may apply online on the website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in, www.nta.ac.in and details of Course Code, Eligibility Criteria, Pattern of Question Paper etc. are available on the Information Bulletin.
Candidates may apply online only at https://csirnet.nta.nic.in during the period specified above. Before applying for Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2021, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Information Bulletin. The exam fee is also required to be paid online through payment gateway using debit/credit cards, internet banking, UPI or Paytm (for details please refer to the Information Bulletin).
