Compassionate appointment to the dependents of Government employees who retired on Medical Invalidation - Nomination of Chairman for State Level Committee

Public  Services - Subordinate Services - Compassionate appointment to the dependents of Government employees who retired on Medical Invalidation - Nomination of Chairman for State Level Committee - Orders - Issued. 

G.O.MS.No. 50  dated:  02-06-2020   

Read the following:- 

1)  G.O.Ms.No.661,  G.A.(Ser.G)  Dept., dt.23-10-2008.
2)  G.O.Ms.No.30, G.A.(Ser.A)  Dept.,  dt.06-03-2017.
3)  G.O.Rt.No.749, G.A.(SC.A)  Dept., dt.29-04-2020.

   In the reference  2nd  read  above,  orders  were  issued  nominating Sri  L.V.Subramanyam,  IAS,  the then Special Chief  Secretary  to Government, as Chairman of the State Level  Committee for considering the reports on compassionate grounds to eligible  dependent family  members  of  Government employees of  Heads  of  Departments and  Secretariat Departments, who retired on Medical Invalidation  in accordance with the guidelines and conditions stipulated  in the scheme.

In  the  reference 3rd  read  above, Sri L.V.Subramanyam,  IAS,  has been relieved from  service  on  30-4-2020 on  attaining the  age  of  superannuation.

Consequent on the above orders, it  has become  necessary  to appoint a  new Chairman to the State Level  Committee.

Government after careful  examination  of  the  matter,  hereby  nominate Sri  Rajat Bhargava,  IAS,  Special Chief Secretary to Government, as Chairman  of the  State  Level  Committee  constituted  in  para-16(iii)  of  G.O.Ms.No.661, G.A. (Ser.G)Dept., dt.23-10-2008,  in  place  of  Sri  L.V.Subramanyam, IAS,  the  then Special Chief  Secretary  to  Government,  to  consider  the reports on compassionate grounds to eligible  dependent family members of  Government  employees of  Heads of Departments and  Secretariat Departments who retired on Medical  Invalidation  in accordance  with  the  guidelines  and  conditions  stipulated  in  the  scheme.
