The District Educational Officers ore hereby directed to follow the instructions which were issued by the Director. SCERT for conducting the Moral 'Story Telling Competitions in all management schools in the State on 14-8-2012 and distribute the prizes on 15-8-2019 on the eve of Independence Day and also register and upload the names of the top 3 student.s in every school in website www.ethicalindia.org for issuing certificates and prizes as stated by the Director, SCERT.
