ORDER:

Inthereference Istreadabove,aproposalhasbeensubmittedtotheGovernmentforopeningof PF Accounts for Municipal Teachers and Employees working under Municipal Management for taking further necessary action and issue necessaryinstructions to the concerned.

1. In the reference 2nd read above, Government has ordered for opening of PF Accounts for MunicipalTeachers WorkinginallUrbanLocalBodiesandMunicipalEmployeesworkingin alltheULBs exceptGVMCandVMCdulyfollowingtheprocedure which isbeingfollowedinrespect ofZillaParishad Employeesand Teachers.

1. Accordingly,in.thereference3rdreadabove,theCommissioner,PR&RDdept,AP,Amaravathi and theChiefExecutiveOfficer,ZillaParishad, Guntur havebeenrequested to informthedetailson the procedure tobefollowedforopeningandmaintenanceofPF Accounts.

1. Further,inthereference4thcited, tbeDirectorofTreasuriesandAccounts,AP,Ibrahimpatnam has beenrequested to allotHeadofAccount for subscribing PF by MunicipalTeachers andEmployeesandtosuggesttheoperationalguidelinesforopeningofPFAccounts atState/DDOlevelandatSTO level.

Inthereference5thcited,theDirectorofTreasuriesandAccounts,AP,Ibrahimpatnamhas informedthat, itwould bebetter ifFEaccounts of municipalteachers aremaintainedonthelinessimilar tomaintenanceofPF accountsofZillaParishademployeesmaintainedbyPRDeptandfurthersuggested to constitute a committee to study the procedures involved in maintenance of ZPPF by PR department and submit report, so as to enableto submit the proposals to Government (Finance Dept.).

1. In this regard, a committee is constituted with the following officers to study the procedures involved in maintenance of ZPPF by PR department and submit report, so as to enable to submit the proposals to Govermnent (FinanceDept.).
