FOR THE ACADMIC YEAR 2018-19

ADMISSION NOTIFICATION

Following are the norms for admissions in Intermediate 1^st year:-

1. Eligibility:-   

(A) The students should have passed SSC in first attempt in March/April,2018

(B) The students should apply within  the Jurisdiction of the College.

(C) Admissions will be done on the merit of the student in the SSC Examination, In case the merit is equal the Subject wise GPA Starting from Mathematics, Science, Social, English, Telugu  and Hindi will be taken into count.

(D)       The Medium of the  instruction will be English

(E)        In case there are unfilled seats in any category may be filled with BC students.

(F)        75% of seats are reserved for students of BC Residential schools and BC Welfare Hostels and 25% of the seats may be allotted to the other students who have studied  in Social welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, Hostels, Z.P. Schools or Private Schools.

2. Age:

            The age of the student shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2018.

3. Income:

The annual income of the parent of the applicant should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum,

4. Reservation :

1.    The ratio of admission into MJPAPBCWREIS Residential Jr.Colleges, which is

a.   BCs– 74%(BC- A-20%,BC-B- 28%,BC-C-3%,BC-D-19%, BC-E- 4%)

b.   SCs- 15%

c.    STs- 6%

d.   EBCs- 2%

e.   Orphans- 3%

5.         If no sufficient applications are received from outsiders, the vacancies will be filled in by students of MJPAPBCWREI School Students.

a]        The list of 12MJPAPBCWR Junior Colleges  with  groups, sanctioned  seats and admission eligibility from Districts for the academic year 2018-19 is enclosed herewith  as Annexure-A.  for   applying to the Junior Colleges

b]        The Last Date for submission of applications is 20.07.2018

            and application can be filled in the print out in their own hand writing

• b)    CASTE CERTIFICATE
• c)    INCOME CERTIFICATE OR WHITE RATION CARD WITH FATHER,MOTHER AND CANDIDATE NAME
• d)    AADHAR CARD
• e)    PHYSICHALLY CHALLENGED/ ORPHAN CERTIFICATE IF APPLICABLE

c]        Intermediate 1^st Year classes for the selected students will

           commence from01.08.2018

6.         Admission will be carried out by a committee at the

            College level consisting of Principal, Asst. to the Principal and one Senior

            JL/PGT

7           The admission list will be approved by the Secretary MJPAPBCWREIS.

8           The approved list will be communicated to the students and displayed in 

            the School/ College notice board, and also displayed in

         www.mjpapbcwr.in Website

9.         The Principal should admit the selected list of students and complete the

            admission process  by uploading the names of the students in Jnanbhumi    

            portal.
