ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati in the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded administrative approval for implementation of ICT Scheme for effective delivery of lecturers using Audio Visual content through digital classrooms in 3620 (2852+768) High Schools, with an amount of Rs.45,49,80,000/-(Rupees Forty Five Crores Forty Nine Lakhs and Eighty thousand only) from the B.E. 2016-17 plan vide G.O. 2nd read above.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati has requested to issue Budget Release Order and Administrative Sanction Order for an amount of Rs.45,49,80,000/-(Rupees Forty Five Crores, Forty Nine Lakhs and Eighty thousand only) for implementation of the said ICT scheme from the B.E. 2016-17 plan, and permit her to draw and adjust the amount to the SB Account of APES (RMSA) maintained in Nationalized Bank.
3. In the G.O. 4th read above, the Finance (FMU.Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 45,49,80,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Crores Forty Nine Lakhs Eighty Thousands only) from B.E provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards implementation of ICT Scheme for effective delivery of lectures using Audio Visual content through digital classrooms in 3620 (2852 + 768) High Schools under the head of account 2202-02-800-11-20-500-503.
4.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education A.P,Rs. 45,49,80,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Crores Forty Nine Lakhs Eighty Thousands only) from B.E provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards implementation of ICT Scheme for effective delivery of lectures using Audio Visual content through digital classrooms in 3620 (2852 + 768) High Schools under the head of account 2202-02-800-11-20-500-503.
5.The drawl and disbursement of the budget shall be as indicated in the G.O. 4th read above.
6.The Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati shall take further necessary action accordingly.
