DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATIONS REQUIRED FOR NEWLY RECRUITED TEACHERS

Heartily Congratulations on being selected and appointed to the Noble profession of Teaching in the Education Department of Andhra Pradesh State.

Things to Do and Required Documents and Application Forms from Date of Joining to Before Getting First Salary

1). If You are appointed in High School You have to report to HM otherwise you have to report to Mandal Educational Officer with

A) Originals and two or three Photostat copies of your certificates

B) Joining Letter

C) Physical Fitness Certificate by Civil Assistant Surgeon



2). Give your Bank A/C number to Head of the Institute with IFSC Code. It is better to give first page Xerox of A/C book.

3). You have to apply for seven digit Employ Code (treasury Code) through DDO (HM/MEO) then only the process of getting begin.


4). You have to Apply for PAN Card for income tax and employee details updating purpose in salary website.


5). You have to apply for police verification using attestation forms through HM/MEO to DEO Office
If your total study is in the same district 1+1 sets other wise 1+ no.of districts


6). 10% of BASIC +DA will be deducted under NPS National Pension system (Contributory Pension Scheme).For this we have to get PRAN- PERMANENT RETIREMENT ACCOUNT NUMBER .For more details visit CPS section in our website.


SALARY PARTICULARS

AFTER GETTING FIRST MONTH SALARY

1). APGLI SCHEME – ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT LIFE INSURANCE

 The Director of Insurance, Government hereby order that the maximum Insurable age under the Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance Scheme be
raised from 53 years to 55 years and the rates of compulsory premium under the scheme shall be revised as detailed below and accordingly issue the following instructions:-


7) (a) All the employees shall increase their premium as per the revised rates specified above and submit requisite 'Proposal Form', after recovery of first premium from the salary at the revised rates and take an Insurance Policy from the Insurance Department.

(b) Unless proposal form is submitted and policies are obtained, the employees will not get Insurance coverage for the enhanced premium paid.

(c) An employee who is already a subscriber of the Fund having Policy / Policies, and is aged below (55) years can enhance the premium for additional policies. However, he should submit his application in the prescribed proforma before he actually attains the age of 55years. Under any circumstances proposal shall not be accepted if the applicant has already attained the age of 55 years on the date of submission of his application, notwithstanding the fact that the amount was already deducted in the monthly pay bills. Such amounts shall be treated as
unauthorized amounts and refunded to the individual following the usual procedure


2). GIS – GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME
A) FOR SGT , LP, PET – RS.30
B) FOR SCHOOL ASSISTANTS – RS 60
Fill and submit GIS Admission form and nomination form i.e Form 1 &   Form 6 /Form 7
