The attention of Regional Joint Directors of school Education, Visakhapatnam and Kakinada are invited to the references cited, DSC-2018 Notification for Residential Schools was issued as per G.O.Ms.No.68 School Education Dept Dt.26.10.2018, wherein as per Rule 15(i)(b) in G.O.Ms.No.68 SE Dept Dt.26.10.2018, the following Selection committee was defined for PGT and TGT posts in AP Model Schools is given below:
b. PGTs/TGTs
i. Selection committee at Zonal level for Zone I (1. Srikakulam 2. Vizianagaram 3 Visakhapatnam 4.East Godavari 5.West Godavari 6. Krishna): The Selection Committee comprising the following members shall be responsible for certificates verification, preparation of the provisional selection lists and final selection lists for the posts of all PGTs and TGTs in the zone:
1. Joint Collector-II / DRO, East Godavari. Chairman
2 RJDSE, Kakinada Member Convener
3 RIO, Intermediate Education, East Godavari Member
4 JD / DSWO, East Godavari Member
5 DEO &EOPC, East Godavari Member
After approval of the final selection lists of PGTs and TGTs in the zone by the above selection committee, the RJDSE, Kakinada, will be issued appointment orders to the selected candidates duly extending the copies of Provisional Selection Lists, Final Selection Lists, the list of ineligible candidates and all the copies of appointment orders to the Director, APMS/RMSA.
In the reference 3rd read above, Government has created the post of Regional Joint Director of School Education, Visakhapatnam for Zone-I districts i.e, Sirkakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam. In view of the above, under Rule 15 (i)(b)(1) is split into another zone as follows:
For AP Model Schools
1. PGTs/TGTs
i. Selection committee at Zonal level for Zone I (1. Srikakulam 2. In this regard it is informed to the RJDSE, Kakinada the Selection committee at Zonal level for Zone II (1. East Godavari 2.West Godavari 3.Krishna.): The Selection Committee comprising the following members shall be responsible for certificates verification, preparation of the provisional selection lists and final selection lists for the posts of all PGTs and TGTs in the zone.
After approval of the final selection lists of PGTs and TGTs in the zone bythe above selection committee, the RJDSE, Kakinada, will be issued appointment orders to the selected candidates duly extending the copies of Provisional Selection Lists, Final Selection Lists, the list of ineligible candidates and all the copies of appointment orders to the Director,APMS/RMSA.
In view of the above, the Regional Joint Director of school Education,Visakhapatnam and Kakinada are requested to aware the above modifications and to take necessary acton for smooth conduct of recruitment process as per the above selecton commitees for selecton of PGT and TGT posts in AP Model Schools and also requested to co-ordinate with BC-Welfare Department for further selection process in their respective notified posts in the matter.
