SSC March 2019 - Instructions for the preparation of nominal rolls and feeding the data through online, MNR Format, Figure Statement Rc.No.150


S.S.C., OSSC and SSC (Vocational Course) Public Examinations, March-2019 and onwards - Important instructions for the preparation of Nominal Rolls and feeding the data through Online and submission of the same to the District Educational Officers concerned for onward submission to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P.
It is hereby informed to all the Heads / Headmasters of High Schools in the State presenting Regular / Private Once failed / OSSC Candidates for SSC Public Examinations, March2019 are conducted in CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) Pattern and the data for registration of SSC Exams from the forwarding schools will be received online. The online data has to be fed through internet by logging through user id and password as per Childinfo provided to the Head masters concerned.
The existing pattern of allowing candidates privately under "Without School Study" category is dispensed from March 2017 onwards duly directing them to appear for Open School Examinations (As per G.O.Ms.No.41, SE (Prog.II) Dept., dt.07-06-2016).
The failed candidates in the old pattern are being directed to appear for Open School Examinations (As per G.O.Ms.No.41, SE (Prog.II) Dept., dt.07-06-2016).
The following are the instructions for the preparation of Nominal Rolls and to feed the data online through the website www.bseap.org in respect of Regular / Private Candidates appearing for the S.SC./ O.S.S.C and S.S.C Vocational Course Public Examinations, March-2019.
It has been observed in the previous yearn the previous years that the Headmasters of certain Schools have submitted MNRs after 1 to 3 Months i.e., after the actual date of remittance of exam fee paid by them in all such cases late fee was collected as applicable on the date of submission In addition to initiating disciplinary action against the Headmaster / Management
The due dates now fixed for submission of Manuscript Nominal Rolls, and also submission of candidates particulars through online and remittance of examination fees must be followed without any deviation scrupulously. Mere payment of examination fees will not exempt from payment late fee if they submit Manuscript Nominal Rolls (MNRs). printout of the online submission form along with challan in the office of the District Educational Officer concerned after due dates.. After expiration of due dates they will not be taken in the Office of the District Educational Officer concerned and the Headmaster / Management will have to face consequences and will be held personally responsible for the students from whom they have collected fees.
