Procurement of Furniture items to 630 Secondary Schools under RMSA Phase-III

      In continuation to this office proceedings 1st read above, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are informed that the procurement of furniture was done through GeM (Government E-Market) in respect of (630) Secondary schools under RMSA Phase-III (Demo tables, Slotted Angler Racks, Steel Tools, Chairs for Teachers, Dual desks, Tables for Teachers, Almirahas, Computer Tables, Chairs for Students). The following firms are
entrusted with the supply of above furniture.

SS Engineer
Sai data Creation
Lakshmi Prasanna Enterprise
Sri Siddhivinayaka Industrie
Ushodaya Enterprises

    Distribution of the said furniture is started from 26.09.2018 as per the annexed list of furniture, item wise to be supplied to schools.

     Further instructions were issued vide this office proceedings dated 27.09.2018 to constitute the committee for verification of the quantity and quality of furniture provided to the schools for examining the quality given and approved by APEWDIC.

    Hence, The District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to issue necessary instructions to the Head Masters/ Principals of 630 Secondary Schools under RMSA Phase-III to take
over the above said furniture items from the said 05 quoted firms and issue acknowledgements to the concerned firms in the prescribed format attached herewith.
     
    And also issue instructions to the Committee members to visit the schools for checking up of Quantity and Quality of procured and ensure that the items are recorded in the Stock Registers and
they should also certify in the registers that the materials are received in good condition.
The visit report along with the checklist and school wise acknowledgements counter signed by the DEO concerned with respect to the furniture supplied to the School point shall be
submitted to the undersigned.
