G.O.Rt.No.81 Dated:15.05.2017 payment of salaries and other expenses of Model Schools

ORDER:

In the letter 1^st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., has requested to provide an amount of Rs. 164,88,18,234/- (Rupees One Hundred Sixty  Four Crores,  Eighty Eight Lakhs, Eighteen Thousand and Two Hundred Thirty Four only) from the B.E. 2016-17 Non-Plan under Model Schools scheme for meeting the expenditure on recurring grants i.e. for payments of salaries/honorarium to the staff working in Model Schools.

2.         In the G.O. 2^nd read above, Finance (FMU-Edn) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount Rs.41,22,05,000/- (Rupees Forty One Crores, Twenty Two Lakhs, Five Thousand only)  as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders towards meeting  expenditure on payment of salaries and other expenses of Model Schools, pending provision in supplementary estimates at appropriate time during 2017-18 under the Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-06-310-312.

3.         In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-Education) Department in the G.O. 2^nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.41,22,05,000/- (Rupees Forty One Crores, Twenty Two Lakhs, Five Thousand only)  as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders towards meeting  expenditure on payment of salaries and other expenses of Model Schools, pending provision in supplementary estimates at appropriate time during 2017-18 under the  Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-06-310-312.

4.         The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati shall take further necessary action accordingly.
