O R D E R:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Accountant General has brought to notice of the government certain difficulties faced in the course of authorising family pension to the disabled children.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Government issued guidelines for evaluation of various disabilities and procedure for certification. However, necessary amendment was not made to Rule 50 of APRPRs 1980 accordingly.
3. Government after careful examination of the matter family pensions to the disabled children it is proposed to issue necessary amendment to the existing provisions under Rule 50 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
